Experience: 1-3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team in an international process.
- Drive performance to meet KPI, quality, and productivity targets.
- Conduct coaching, feedback sessions, and team development activities.
- Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports and collaborate with stakeholders for process improvements.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2+ years of Team Leader experience in an International BPO/Operations setting.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
