Trident Consulting is looking for a driven and experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to join our team and take ownership of high-priority US staffing requirements.

Role: Senior US IT Recruiter

Location: Chennai / Coimbatore (Onsite)

Shift: US Hours / Night Shift

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Arrangement: Onsite; Remote opportunity available for women employees

Key Requirements

3+ years of experience in US IT staffing and recruitment

Strong experience handling Direct Client requirements

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter / RPS License

Experience working with MSP / VMS programs

Strong knowledge of W2 hiring and US work authorizations

Experience recruiting for IT, Non-IT, and technical positions

Proven ability to source, screen, engage, negotiate, and close candidates

Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and meet tight submission timelines

Solid communication and candidate relationship management skills

Comfortable working US hours / night shifts

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned US staffing requirements

Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels





Understand client requirements and identify candidates who closely match technical and business needs

Conduct candidate screening, qualification, rate negotiation, and submission

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process

Maintain robust candidate engagement through the recruitment lifecycle

Work closely with internal teams and hiring managers to meet recruitment targets and deadlines

Ensure accurate and timely updates in the ATS and maintain recruitment documentation
