As the Head – Project Execution, you will lead the complete construction lifecycle of landmark real estate developments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise residential, mixed-use and large-scale development projects.
- Drive project delivery while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety norms.
- Develop construction strategies, execution plans, and resource deployment schedules to achieve project milestones.
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, Planning, QS, and PMC teams to optimize project delivery through value engineering and cost optimization.
- Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor construction progress, project MIS, budgets, productivity, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, local authority approvals, EHS standards, and quality management systems.
- Lead quality audits,



safety inspections, and corrective action implementation.
- Oversee tendering support, contract administration, project close-out, final billing, as-built documentation, and handover activities.
- Champion continuous improvement in construction methodologies, project controls, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate should possess:

- 18+ years of proven experience in executing high-rise residential towers and large scale mixed-use developments.
- Robust exposure to RCC and steel structures with complex structural configurations.
- Deep understanding of construction methodologies, planning, contracts, engineering coordination, and project controls.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized and reputed institution.
