Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process.
- Strengthen Induction Programme encapsulating school vision, ethos, values, policies, professional standards and norms.
- Coordinate the annual performance-management cycle and ensure timely completion across departments.
- Partner with Team Leads to strengthen goal setting, performance conversations, feedback, reviews, and development planning.
- Identify opportunities for internal knowledge sharing, mentoring, coaching, peer learning, and cross-functional development.




- Ensure accurate and timely management of staff records, HRMS data, leave, attendance, and other HR processes.
- Develop and maintain meaningful HR dashboards
- Ensure smooth completion of exit formalities.
- Plan ‘Pragati’ (People & Culture) initiatives that are purposeful, inclusive, and connected to the school’s broader vision.
- Manage sensitive workplace matters within delegated authority and school policy.
- Support the Lead – People & Culture in developing, reviewing, and strengthening HR policies, processes, and guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

- A post-graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology.
- Experience in a school or an education institution would be highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong judgement, maturity, and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and follow-through.
- A proactive, solution-oriented, and continuous-improvement mindset.
