About Us

Pro Model Service is a Kuwait-based modeling and content production agency operating for over 16 years. We work with luxury brands, restaurants, fashion designers, events, agencies, SMEs, and individual clients across Kuwait.

a photographer, videographer, and creative director specializing in luxury visual storytelling, content production, fashion, hospitality, and events.

This is not a typical virtual assistant role. We are looking for someone who wants to grow into operations, coordination, AI workflows, and creative business management long term.

The Role

We are looking for a full-time remote virtual assistant to help manage communication, scheduling, coordination, systems, and day-to-day operations across the business.

This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and excited by the idea of helping build and grow a creative company over the long term.

You will work closely with the founder and gradually take ownership over specific systems and responsibilities within the company.

Responsibilities

- Coordinating models, clients, photoshoots, and bookings
- Following up with leads, inquiries, and confirmations
- Managing schedules, calendars, spreadsheets, and databases
- Organizing project information and operational systems
- Assisting with social media coordination and publishing
- Helping improve workflows and internal processes
- Assisting with AI tools, automation systems, and content workflows
- Research and administrative support
- Handling communication professionally and efficiently
