Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer to support regional marketing campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and SFMC platform operations across multiple APAC markets, with a primary focus on Vietnam.

Mandatory Skill(s)

- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC);
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns using SFMC;
- Robust hands-on expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Extensions, Content Builder, and Email Studio;
- Good working knowledge of SQL for audience segmentation and campaign data management;
- Experience supporting email marketing, customer engagement, cross-sell, and marketing automation campaigns;
- Strong troubleshooting and production support skills, with the ability to resolve campaign and platform issues efficiently;
- Comfortable working with regional and cross-functional teams across multiple markets;
- Able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring timely campaign delivery.

Desirable Skill(s)

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns effectively;
- Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, test, and deploy marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC);
- Support campaign execution, relaunches,



cross-sell campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives;
- Configure and manage Data Extensions, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, and Email Studio;
- Develop and optimise SQL queries for audience segmentation and campaign data preparation;
- Perform campaign testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks before deployment;
- Provide BAU and ad hoc technical support to regional Business Units;
- Support Group Office-led campaigns and SFMC platform activities;
- Assist with SFMC technical and security enhancements, including client secret rotation and related platform updates;
- Collaborate with marketing, technology, Group Office, and local market teams across the region;
- Complete knowledge transfer and document key campaign processes and technical configurations.
