What You'll Do

Build & Lead a High-Performing Operations Hub

- Establish and lead the Talent Operations, Automation & AI Hub.
- Manage workforce planning, service delivery performance, governance, and operational excellence.
- Lead the transition of repeatable operational processes into the GCC environment.
- Ensure delivery against agreed service levels, KPIs, productivity, and quality targets.

Drive Automation & AI Transformation

- Own and execute the automation and AI roadmap for Talent operations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline, standardise, and automate operational processes.
- Partner with Technology, Product, Data, and Talent teams to design and implement scalable digital solutions.
- Champion workflow automation, AI-enabled processes, and digital workforce capabilities.

Deliver Continuous Improvement

- Improve cost-to-serve through operational optimisation and automation.
- Establish productivity metrics, reporting frameworks, and benefit tracking.
- Measure and demonstrate reductions in manual effort, process cycle times, and operational costs.
- Embed a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.

Develop Capability & Leadership

- Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of operational and automation professionals.




- Build automation and AI capability across onshore and offshore teams.
- Drive organisational readiness for future digital workforce solutions.

What You'll Bring

Essential Experience

- 5+ years of people leadership experience.
- Experience within Recruitment, MSP, Workforce Solutions, Shared Services, GCC, BPO, or Talent Operations environments.
- Proven experience managing KPI and SLA-driven operations.
- Strong operational excellence and process improvement expertise.
- Experience implementing workflow automation solutions.
- Exposure to AI-enabled workflows, digital workforce tools, or intelligent automation technologies.
- Experience working with VMS, ATS, CRM, or workflow platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and change leadership skills.
- Experience leading operational transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

- Degree in Business, Operations, Human Resources, Technology, Analytics, Process Improvement, or a related field.

Highly Regarded

- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Business Analysis or Project Management qualifications.
- AI, Automation, Power Platform, or workflow technology certifications.
- Experience supporting global transformation programs.
- MSP, contingent workforce, or workforce management expertise.
