Role Description This is a full-time, on-site and office Interior Designer role based in Mumbai, Sion. The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing mood boards, and translating client requirements into functional layouts and detailed drawings. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, creating and updating construction drawings, coordinating FF&E; selections, and working closely with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure design intent is executed on-site. The role involves attending client meetings, conducting site visits, preparing presentations, and supporting project management activities such as timelines and documentation.



The Interior Designer will collaborate with the design team to maintain quality standards, adhere to budgets, and deliver projects within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to create functional, aesthetically cohesive layouts.
- Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, including the ability to interpret and prepare detailed technical documents.
- Experience with FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), including sourcing, specification, and coordination with suppliers.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and basic graphic presentation tools.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong visual and spatial awareness, attention to detail, and ability to work from concept through execution.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and project teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
