We're looking for a Business Analyst with 1 or 2 years of experience to own performance measurement, peer benchmarking, and the commercial analytics behind our sales and business- development effort. You'll turn portfolio and market data into clear, decision-ready analysis for the investment & sales team, and give the sales team the insights, simulations, and client-ready materials they need to win and retain clients.

You'll partner closely with the data team and act as the analytical point of contact for

sales — producing performance reporting, building client-facing analytics and presentations, and managing the external data and analytics vendors that underpin our research.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Reporting & Peer Benchmarking

- Deliver periodic performance reporting across portfolios, strategies, and mandates.
- Compare portfolio performance against peers, benchmarks, and relevant market indices.
- Analyse key performance ratios including Sharpe, Sortino, Information Ratio, Alpha, Beta, and volatility.
- Prepare management and investment-team reports highlighting performance trends, relative positioning, and key insights.

Sales Support & Business Development

- Act as the primary point of contact and liaison for the sales team on all analytical and performance-related requests.
- Support the sales team with ad-hoc analytical and commercial requirements.




- Develop and customise investor / client-facing decks and presentations.
- Build financial simulations, return scenarios, and portfolio illustrations for prospective investors.
- Provide portfolio and performance analysis to support client discussions.

Data & Vendor Management

- Manage external data, analytics, and performance-reporting vendors.
- Coordinate data requirements, quality checks, and issue resolution.
- Identify new datasets and analytical opportunities to strengthen investment
- research.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Excel and strong quantitative / data-analysis skills; comfort working with large
- financial datasets.
- Ability to build clear, client-ready decks, presentations, and financial simulations.
- Solid understanding of portfolios, benchmarks, and market indices.
- Solid grasp of portfolio performance measurement and risk-adjusted return
- metrics (Sharpe, Sortino, Information Ratio, Alpha, Beta, volatility).
- Sharp attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy across all outputs.
- Keen to learn our business, clients, and markets in order to build the right analytics
- that help sales succeed.
