Key Responsibilities

* Own end-to-end recruitment for non-technical and business functions.

* Partner with Hiring Managers to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.

* Develop sourcing strategies for niche and business-critical roles.

* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing.

* Drive the complete hiring lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.

* Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

* Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency.

* Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

* 5–8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.

* Experience hiring for multiple business functions in a product or technology organization.

* Robust stakeholder management and business partnering skills.

* Proven sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and Boolean search.

* Experience working with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar.

* Strong offer negotiation and candidate engagement skills.

* Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

* Experience working with global stakeholders is highly preferred.
