Job Title: AI Video Creator – Generative AI & VFX

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled AI Video Creator with strong VFX experience to join our creative production team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional experience in video production, VFX, motion graphics, or digital content creation, along with hands-on expertise in emerging Generative AI video and image-generation technologies.

The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, visually compelling videos using a combination of AI-generated content, VFX, motion graphics, compositing, animation, editing, and traditional production techniques.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality AI-generated videos, promotional content, advertisements, social media videos, product videos, and cinematic visuals.
- Use Generative AI tools to create and enhance video, images, characters, environments, backgrounds, and visual effects.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, visual references, and production approaches for video projects.
- Combine AI-generated assets with VFX, compositing, motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
- Perform green-screen/chroma keying, rotoscoping, tracking, masking, compositing, cleanup, color correction, and visual effects.
- Create realistic and visually consistent AI-generated characters, environments, scenes, and sequences.
- Work with text-to-video, image-to-video, text-to-image, video-to-video, and AI-assisted editing workflows.
- Refine AI-generated footage to achieve professional, production-ready results.
- Create seamless transitions, camera movements, cinematic effects, lighting effects, and other visual enhancements.
- Edit and assemble footage using professional video-editing software.
- Collaborate with creative directors, designers, marketers, and other production teams to understand project requirements.




- Maintain visual consistency across multiple shots, scenes, and campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Generative AI, AI video models, VFX, animation, and creative-production technologies.
- Experiment with new AI tools and workflows to improve production quality and turnaround time.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Required Technical Skills

Generative AI / AI Video

- Hands-on experience with AI video-generation platforms such as:
- Runway
- Kling
- Veo
- Pika
- Luma
- Sora or similar AI video platforms
- Experience with AI image-generation tools such as:
- Midjourney
- Stable Diffusion
- Adobe Firefly
- Flux or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering for visual content.
- Experience creating consistent characters, environments, styles, and visual sequences using AI.

VFX & Post-Production

- Strong knowledge of:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Photoshop
- Experience with Nuke, DaVinci Resolve, Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, masking, keying, color grading, and visual effects.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles.

Required Experience

- 5+ years of professional experience in VFX, video production, motion graphics, animation, video editing, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience creating professional-quality video content.
- At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience working with Generative AI tools is preferred.
- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating AI-generated videos, VFX, compositing, motion graphics, and creative video production.




- Experience working on commercial, advertising, entertainment, social-media, product, or branded content is preferred.

Good to Have

- Experience with 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation.
- Knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or Unreal Engine.
- Experience integrating 3D assets with AI-generated footage.
- Knowledge of AI workflows involving LoRA, ControlNet, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, or similar technologies.
- Experience with cinematic storytelling and visual development.
- Understanding of photography, cinematography, lighting, camera composition, and lens selection.

The candidate must be able to take a concept from idea → storyboard → AI generation → VFX/compositing → editing → final production-ready video.
