We are looking for a highly experienced UX Designer with strong expertise in user experience design and banking/financial services domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences for complex banking applications and platforms.

The candidate will work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, and other design teams to translate business requirements into effective and engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead UX design initiatives for banking and financial services applications.
- Understand business requirements, customer needs, and banking workflows to create user-centric solutions.
- Conduct user research, user interviews, usability studies, and competitive analysis.
- Create user journeys, personas, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design intuitive and consistent experiences across web, mobile, and enterprise banking platforms.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and Architects throughout the product lifecycle.
- Translate complex banking processes into simple and intuitive user experiences.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI patterns, and UX standards.
- Ensure consistency across multiple products and digital touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership.
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams and participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and refinement sessions.
- Mentor junior UX/UI designers and provide design guidance across projects.
- Ensure designs follow accessibility, usability, and enterprise design standards.

- Experience creating personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI designs.
- Strong knowledge of usability, accessibility, interaction design, and responsive design.
- Ability to understand complex business processes and convert them into easy user experiences.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of UX deliverables.

Qualifications
