Technical Recruiter Intern

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Technical Recruiter Intern to join our HR/Recruitment team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable technical candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes based on required technical skills,



experience, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
- Conduct initial screening calls with candidates and assess their interest and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update candidate information in recruitment trackers/ATS.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist recruiters in preparing candidate profiles and submitting suitable candidates to clients/hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, offers, and joining dates.
- Learn and understand various IT technologies, job roles, and technical skills.
- Support the recruitment team in meeting hiring targets and maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline.

Eligibility

- Fresh graduates or students pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Candidates interested in building a career in IT/Technical Recruitment are preferred.
- No prior recruitment experience is required.
