Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Shift Incharge / Assistant Manager – Blow Moulding (Production) to manage and oversee shift-wise production operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in the manufacturing of 1L to 5L bottles and containers through the blow moulding process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise shift-wise blow moulding production operations.
- Ensure smooth production of 1L to 5L bottles and containers.
- Monitor production targets and ensure timely achievement.




- Handle manpower allocation and shift management.
- Monitor machine performance and minimize production downtime.
- Ensure product quality and adherence to production standards.
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor material usage and control production wastage.
- Maintain production reports and shift handover records.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and SOPs.
