Roles and Responsibilities:

- Own the PPM Operations product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization process in alignment with business and platform strategy.
- Partner with project and portfolio managers to support operational resource planning and portfolio reporting needs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics that improve visibility into portfolio execution and resource utilization.
- Coordinate enhancements with system architects, platform administrators, and solution developers across shared governance models.
- Drive user adoption through training, enablement materials, and ongoing platform support.

Skills Required:

- 5-7 years of relevant experience in product ownership, portfolio/project management operations, or a related discipline.




- Hands-on product ownership experience with ServiceNow SPM and Performance Analytics.
- Experience managing portfolio or project operations platforms, including roadmap and backlog ownership.
- Strong analytics and reporting capability with dashboard development experience.
- Ability to support platform enhancements, stakeholder prioritization, and cross-functional delivery in an Agile setting.

Good to Have:

- Snowflake experience.
- Experience with VividCharts and ScribeHow.
- CSPO or ServiceNow CSA certification.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
