MST Blockchain is looking for a Junior Business Development to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do

* Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, X (Crypto Twitter), Discord & Telegram

* Generate and nurture leads through personalised outreach

* Track Web3 projects, fundraising announcements and ecosystem trends

* Maintain prospect pipelines and CRM/client databases

* Coordinate meetings and ensure timely follow-ups

* Work closely with senior BD and leadership teams

* Share market insights, competitor activity and new opportunities

What We’re Looking For

* 0–2 years of experience in BD, Sales or Client-facing roles

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Active on LinkedIn & X/Twitter

* Genuine interest in Web3 / Blockchain / Crypto





* Comfortable with cold outreach and lead generation

* Proactive, organized and self-motivated

* Strong written and verbal English communication

Nice to Have:

Existing Web3/Blockchain network

Knowledge of L1/L2, DeFi, NFTs, GameFi or RWAs

Experience with Notion or CRM tools

Previous experience in a Web3 startup, exchange, DAO or agency
