About the Role

We are looking for a talented 3D Visualizer with an architectural background to create high-quality interior and exterior visualizations for luxury villas, farmhouses and premium residential projects.

- B.Arch – Bachelor of Architecture
- M.Arch – Master of Architecture
- Diploma in Architecture / Architectural Design

Key Responsibilities

- Create detailed 3D interior and exterior models from architectural drawings and design concepts.
- Develop realistic renders using D5 Render, Lumion and Enscape.
- Prepare 3D walkthroughs and presentation visuals.
- Convert 2D drawings into accurate 3D models using SketchUp.
- Understand and interpret GFC drawings and architectural details.




- Maintain accurate Feet & Inches measurements and dimensions.
- Apply appropriate materials, textures, lighting, furniture and landscaping elements.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers and site execution teams.
- Make revisions based on design feedback and onsite requirements.
- Ensure all visualizations are accurate, practical and aligned with project requirements.

Preferred Experience

- 2–3 years of experience in 3D Visualization / Architectural Visualization / Interior Visualization.
- Experience in Luxury Villas, Farmhouses, Premium Residences or Hospitality projects is preferred.
- Solid understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
- Good attention to detail and ability to meet project timelines.
- Portfolio is mandatory.
