Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain FitNesse fixtures and supporting Java components for automated regression testing of Calypso Back Office modules.

· Design and implement automation solutions using Java and Calypso APIs to validate business workflows and application functionality.

· Build, enhance, and maintain reusable automated regression suites for critical Back Office business processes.

· Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA engineers to translate business requirements into automated test scenarios.

· Integrate new functionality into the existing automation framework while ensuring code quality, maintainability, and reusability.

· Analyse automation failures, perform root cause analysis, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.

· Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the automation framework and QE best practices.

· Ensure adequate regression coverage for new features, enhancements, and production fixes.

· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for test automation, framework design, and release quality.

Mandatory Skills

· Strong Java development experience.

· Hands-on experience with the Calypso Back Office module.

· Experience developing and maintaining Java-based automation framework components.





· Good understanding of Calypso APIs and integration mechanisms.

· Experience with Git or other source control systems.

· Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.

· Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

· Experience working with FitNesse.

· Understanding of regression testing and Quality Engineering practices.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

· 3–6 years of experience in software engineering, test automation, or Quality Engineering.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile workplace.
