We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly individuals to represent the LIV LIF brand at these events.

Role Overview

As an Event Sales & Stall Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing the LIV LIF ice cream stall during corporate events and ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and organize the LIV LIF ice cream stall before the event.
- Manage the stall throughout the event and ensure smooth operations.
- Serve ice cream to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Interact with customers and create a positive brand experience.
- Promote LIV LIF products and encourage customer engagement.
- Handle basic sales and order-related activities at the stall.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the stall.
- Monitor product availability and inform the concerned team when replenishment is required.
- Assist with packing up and closing the stall after the event.
- Coordinate with the event and LIV LIF team to ensure smooth execution.




- Represent the LIV LIF brand professionally at all corporate events.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
- Comfortable interacting with corporate employees and event attendees.
- Ability to work at event venues for extended hours when required.
- Responsible, punctual, and well-presented.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Prior experience in sales, hospitality, events, food & beverage, or customer service will be an advantage.

Transportation

Transportation and event-related vehicle arrangements will be managed by LIV LIF.
