About the Client:

The Client retails affordable electric two-wheelers across Delhi NCR, western Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan and Karnataka. They operate our own network of company-owned stores along with a dealer and franchise network, and run their own retail, service and supply chain operations. They are now building a national dealer + franchise network.

What you will own

- Managing existing COCO Business.

- Build their dealer network across India.

- Build and manage TSM + field sales + telecalling teams.

- Drive active monthly dealers, dealer revenue and repeat orders.

- Build the exclusive franchise network in priority cities.

- Develop geographic expansion strategy and launch new markets.

- Build a predictable Lead Dealer Repeat Order engine.

- Own sales targets, channel economics and collections.

What we're looking for

Someone who has personally built dealer/distributor networks, preferably in a price-sensitive category.



You will work directly with the Founders and own the entire channel growth agenda—from identifying markets and acquiring partners to ensuring that dealers become active, repeat customers.

Strong preference for experience in:

- Affordable electric two-wheelers category

- Automotive / two-wheeler

-Battery / mobility

- Consumer durables

- Other fragmented dealer-led categories

The candidate should have:

- Strong field orientation

- Experience opening dealers personally

- Experience managing regional sales teams

- Understanding of dealer economics

- Ability to build recent markets from scratch

- Strong execution orientation

- Comfort working in a startup environment

Someone who has only managed a large, established dealer network will not be ideal.
