Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Staff Product Validation Engineer to join our organization in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will lead comprehensive product validation initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability across our product portfolio. As a senior-level engineer, you will drive validation strategies, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products to market. Your expertise in testing methodologies, analytical mindset, and organized approach will be instrumental in identifying and resolving complex product issues before they reach customers.

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive product validation test plans and strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead root cause analysis investigations for product defects and failures, providing detailed technical documentation and recommendations
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts to improve validation efficiency and coverage
- Mentor and guide junior validation engineers,



fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and operations teams to define validation requirements and acceptance criteria
- Analyze test results and product performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Establish and optimize validation processes, tools, and best practices to enhance team productivity and product quality
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry requirements throughout the validation lifecycle
- Manage defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution workflows to maintain product integrity
- Conduct performance, load, and security testing to validate product robustness under various conditions
- Prepare detailed validation reports and metrics for stakeholder communication and decision-making
- Stay current with emerging validation technologies, testing frameworks, and industry standards
