The leader will own day-to-day platform support, production readiness, and continuous improvement for AI-powered coding and developer productivity platforms. Success in this role directly impacts developer trust, productivity, and adoption of DevEx platforms across the enterprise. - 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, with strong communication skills and a proven ability to lead globally distributed teams - 7+ years of experience working in an Agile, product-centric delivery model, partnering closely with product managers, platform teams,
