Job Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Pega Developer to lead the development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pega technology and the ability to design and implement complex Pega solutions. Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of Pega applications. Architect Pega solutions that meet business requirements and technical specifications. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical oversight and support. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Pega applications. Stay updated with the latest Pega features and industry trends. Additional Responsibilities: Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize Pega applications for performance and scalability. Provide training and support to team members on Pega best practices and development techniques. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in Pega development. Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is required. Experience with Pega 8.x / Infinity platform and implementation. Strong expertise in Java, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages. Proven ability to design and implement scalable Pega solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification is highly desirable. Experience with Agile development methodologies. In-depth knowledge of Pega integration services, including REST, SOAP, JMS, and MQ. Experience with relational databases and SQL. Robust communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
