Approximate Salary

₹1.8 LPA to ₹3.2 LPA

Salary will be decided based on the candidate's profile and interview performance.

PF: Optional for freshers; candidates with previous PF experience are required to opt for PF.

Candidate Requirements

- Fresher to 2 years of experience can apply
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
- Eligible qualifications: B.Sc., B.Com., B.A., MBA
- Eligible: B.Tech, BCA 2025
- Candidates currently pursuing their degree are not eligible
- Immediate joiners only
- Mandatory educational documents:
- 10th Marksheet
- 12th Marksheet
- Degree Consolidated Marksheet / Provisional Certificate

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in chat-based customer support
- Exposure to Healthcare, Insurance, or Managed Care processes
- Familiarity with CRM tools or chat platforms
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions through chat professionally and empathetically




- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions
- Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics such as CSAT/NPS
- Document chat interactions accurately in internal systems

Perks
- Two-way cab facility from designated nodal points within a 40 km radius
- Last-minute pickup/drop requests outside designated routes cannot be accommodated
- Meals will not be provided
- One month of training at the client site, followed by deployment into production
