Job description:

Qualification: BSc Nursing MHA / MBA Healthcare Management

Experience: 0 to 1 Year

1. Conduct daily assessments, collect and analyze data, and collaborate with clinical, quality, and operations teams.
2. Perform audits to ensure compliance with SOPs, documentation, client monitoring, and follow-up processes.
3. Review and assess nursing, therapy, and medical practices for quality adherence and improvement.
4. Coordinate with the infection control team on clinical care protocols and hospital-acquired infections.
5. Work with operations teams to evaluate and improve quality performance indicators.
6. Gather feedback from clinical teams (doctors, nurses, therapists) to drive continuous improvements.
7. Conduct facility audits with a focus on clinical quality, infection control, and best practices.
8. Develop, implement, and review SOPs and manuals to meet accreditation standards.
9. Participate in clinical rounds and follow up on action points to enhance service quality.
10. Share regular reports on key audit findings, clinical observations, and areas requiring attention.
