We are looking for an experienced RCM Trainer to join our dynamic team at Prochant. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes and a passion for training and developing team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for current hires and existing employees on RCM processes, tools, and best practices.

• Design and update training materials, process documents, and assessments.

• Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback.

• Work closely with operations and quality teams to identify training needs and skill gaps.

• Support floor teams with process clarifications and knowledge refreshers.

• Maintain training records and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 4+ years of experience in end-to-end RCM (US Healthcare).

• Strong knowledge in billing, payment posting, denial management, and AR follow-up.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple batches and deliver effective training.

• Prior experience as an RCM Trainer is an added advantage
