Prochant India is expanding, and were looking for a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with solid expertise in RCM (US Healthcare Medical Billing). This role offers the opportunity to lead our TA team while also contributing individually to high-impact hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end hiring for AR/RCM functions

Focus on leadership and manager-level hiring within the US Healthcare domain

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines in a competitive market

Leverage a strong US Healthcare/RCM talent database for faster closures

Partner closely with business leaders on strategic workforce needs

What Were Looking For:





2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with proven success in leadership & manager-level hiring

Hiring exposure in US Healthcare is a must

Strong background in hiring for RCM / AR / Medical Billing roles is mandatory

Holds a strong database/network related to US Healthcare & RCM operations

Demonstrated experience in team leadership & individual contribution

Excellent stakeholder management & sourcing expertise

Self-driven, target-oriented, and delivery-focused

Skills: Database Management, Communication Skills, Leadership Skills, Workforce Development, Rcm

Experience: 2.00-7.00 Years
