Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with HR partners and business leaders across the assigned region.
- Act as a Total Rewards ambassador for education and communication initiatives.
- Support HRBPs and Talent Acquisition teams in using VCF tools for job mapping and benchmarking, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation.
- Participate in Total Rewards projects and strategic HR initiatives such as benefits optimization, STI design optimization, and recognition programs.
- Coordinate and administer compensation and benefits programs in compliance with company policies and local regulations:
- Compensation and benefits survey data submission
- VCF job/pay data maintenance
- Annual Compensation Planning
- STI process
- LTI process
- SOX compliance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external Total Rewards vendors to ensure quality support.
- Assist in ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by managers.
