Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery & Coordination:

- Manage and conduct SAP training sessions for students and professionals (online and offline).
- Structure course modules, schedules, and training plans to ensure effective delivery.
- Oversee student registrations and training logistics for smooth session execution.
- Lead training sessions and mentor junior trainers as required.

Content Development & Validation:

- Prepare and validate all technical training materials before session commencement.
- Collaborate with the content team to co-create high-quality e-learning content and digital training modules.
- Ensure content aligns with learning objectives, industry standards, and student expectations.
- Design creative evaluation tools and student assessments.

Student Engagement & Support:





- Interact with students to understand their learning needs and challenges.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure course offerings meet learner requirements.
- Provide academic and technical support during and after training.

Outreach & Learning Advancement:

- Assist in organizing and participating in college visits and seminars for promotional activities.
- Attend relevant workshops and training programs to stay updated with the latest SAP tools and ERP systems.
- Contribute to special projects and organizational growth initiatives as needed.
