Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the first point of contact for all student/client enquiries via phone or direct interaction
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about courses and potential career paths
- Guide clients in setting realistic and personalized career goals
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively
- Address inquiries, manage complaints, and troubleshoot service-related issues
- Research relevant information using available internal tools and resources
- Update and maintain detailed records of all client interactions in CRM on a daily basis
- Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the management team in a timely manner
- Identify customer call trends and notify management for appropriate action
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure resolution and maintain engagement
- Upsell relevant educational services and products wherever appropriate
- Accurately communicate course details and other key information provided by the management team
- Support administrative functions linked to leads or references shared by the management
- Participate in organization-wide initiatives, campaigns, and events as needed
