Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end test development for DCDC and PMIC products from design handoff to high-volume production
- Define and implement test strategies, including ATE planning, silicon characterization, and production ramp
- Specify Design-for-Test (DFT) requirements and align with design teams for optimal test coverage
- Oversee development of test hardware (load boards, probe cards) and software (test code, automation)
- Continuously optimize test cost, cycle time, and production yield
- Manage reliability, corner case, and qualification testing per industry standards (automotive, industrial, consumer)
- Coordinate with foundries and test vendors to ensure a smooth and effective test flow
- Mentor and lead test engineers to foster innovation and team performance
- Ensure compliance with AEC-Q100 and other applicable quality standards
