Responsibilities:

Test Program Development:

- Develop and maintain test programs for high-speed memory devices (DDR4/DDR5) on Advantest 93K platforms.
- Design effective test methodologies to characterize device parameters (speed, timing, power, etc.).
- Implement automated test routines for high-speed test execution and data analysis.
- Evaluate alternative solutions such as external instruments or built-in self-test for high-speed interface testing.

Test Hardware and Software:

- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues related to the tester and related equipment.
- Integrate and maintain test fixtures and interface boards.
- Collaborate with Design, Validation, and Application teams for integration and debug.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze test data to identify device failures and optimize performance.




- Generate detailed test reports for internal and customer-facing communication.
- Apply statistical analysis to improve test coverage and identify trends.

Process Improvement:

- Drive efficiency improvements and cost reduction in the test development cycle.
- Contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions for test failures.
- Stay updated on the latest memory testing technologies and methodologies.

Teamwork and Collaboration:

- Work cross-functionally with Design, Validation, and Product Engineering teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
