Key Responsibilities:

- Lead project development for automotive MCU hardware products from initial planning through to mass production (MP) on schedule
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customers, software, marketing, engineering, finance, sales, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
- Implement best practices in program management, including bottoms-up planning, dependency mapping, critical path analysis, and risk mitigation
- Use industry-standard tools such as MS Project for effective project planning and execution
- Monitor project progress, provide regular status reports, and escalate issues as needed
- Coordinate and lead project gate reviews
- Take ownership for driving projects to successful, on-time delivery
- Maintain project meeting cadence and follow up diligently on all action items
- Support program managers and teams in organizational activities during project development
