- Adhering to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes / policies - KYC adherence.
- To provide high quality customer service, prompt resolution of queries pre post loan disbursal.
- Supporting branch staff in business development activities helping to achieve branch targets.
- Candidates with Gold Loan experience are preferred.
Eligibility
- Candidate should have a regular degree (Candidates with distance education may refrain from applying)
- Candidate should have a flair for marketing Sales
- He/ She should have a thorough knowledge on gold loan operation with 1 -2 year experience in Bank / NBFC
