Key Responsibilities

Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance

- Conduct preventive maintenance on control instruments and systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues swiftly to minimize downtime
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for instruments and control systems.

Calibration

- Calibration of process instruments and equipment's with traceability to calibrated standards and schedules

Instrumentation Troubleshooting

- Diagnose and repair failures in sensors, transmitters, and control systems including PLC / DCS/SCADA interfaces
- Install and integrate process instrumentation per P&IDs; and system specifications careers.

Project & Commissioning Support

- Support instrumentation installation, commissioning, and qualification for CAPEX projects
- Review technical designs and advise on improving system reliability and performance
- Design, Selection and Detailed Engineering of field instruments like Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Level, pH, DO and conductivity.

Compliance & SOP Adherence

- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GAMP, and safety protocols in manufacturing operations
- Follow and contribute to SOPs, maintenance schedules, GMP documentation, and EHS best practices

Ideal Candidate Profile





- Bachelors degree in Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 02-09 years of experience in instrumentation engineering or a related field.
- Hands-on experience calibrating and maintaining instrumentation in a cGMP environment
- Proficiency with PLC, DCS, SCADA, and BMS systems
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- Familiarity with project execution, CAPEX support, and instrument qualification activities
- Strong understanding of cGMP, Safety norms & requirements
- B Tech in Instrumentation or related field with interest in process control and troubleshooting
- Responsible for process control, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and calibration of equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to instrumentation system performance.
- Provide technical support to engineering team / CFT on instrumentation-related matters.
- Solid knowledge of process instrumentation principles, including PLC programming languages
