THR Consultants is looking to fill several Full Time Monthly Payout HR Recruiter positions for BPO Client Hiring. The positions are for PAN-India Basis.

Job Responsibilities:

- Must have working experience with any consultancy or staffing company.
- Candidates must have good Hiring experience for BPO Clients.
- Proficient in Using Naukri, Shine, Times Jobs and job boards.
- Good in Handling End-End-requirement.
- Identify candidates with the right skills to match the requirements.




- Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
- Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
- Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
- Ability to work as a positive team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
- Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, --Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
- Must have good rate/salary negotiation & closing skills.
