Position: Shift Supervisor
Location: Goa
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Plastics Engineering
Experience: 4–5 Years of relevant experience in Production Supervision / Plastic Injection Moulding
Salary: Up to 3.30 Lakhs per annum

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate production activities of workers engaged in plastic moulding operations.
* Review production schedules and assign duties to workers based on production priorities.
* Monitor injection moulding machines and identify machine malfunctions or operational issues.
* Study quality control reports and take corrective actions to eliminate product defects.
* Examine moulded products to ensure they meet required quality and specifications.




* Monitor production output and ensure adherence to production targets and quality standards.
* Train and guide new employees on machine operations and production procedures.
* Ensure the protected and proper use of machinery and production equipment.
* Coordinate and schedule regular machine maintenance to minimize downtime.
* Proven experience as a Production Supervisor / Shift Supervisor or similar role.
* Hands-on experience with manufacturing machinery, preferably injection moulding machines.
* Strong knowledge of moulding machine setup and operating techniques.
