About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Inventory and Vendor Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile inventory records and vendor accounts/ledgers to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies on time.
2. GST and TDS Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and TDS returns within statutory deadlines; ensure full compliance with applicable tax laws.
3. Investment Management: Track, manage, and report on company investments; assist management in evaluating investment options and returns.
4. GST Refunds and Salary Processing: Process GST refund claims and ensure timely and accurate disbursal of employee salaries, including statutory deductions.
5. Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between company books and bank statements.
6. Budgeting and Financial Planning: Develop annual budgets and financial plans based on research, market data, and historical performance reports.
7. Coordination with CA Team: Liaise with the Chartered Accountant/audit team to prepare Books of Accounts and support statutory/tax audit requirements.
8. Financial Leadership and Strategic Support: Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and overall business planning.
9. Export Documentation:



Prepare and manage export-related documentation (invoices, shipping bills, LUT/bond filings, BRC, etc.), ensuring compliance with export regulations and timely processing with banks/authorities.
