Responsibilities:

As a Telecaller in our BPO division, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Making outbound calls to potential customers to present products and services.
- Handling inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and transparent communication.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and interaction logs in the CRM system.
- Following up regularly with leads to ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve daily and monthly communication targets.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Prior experience or strong interest in telecalling, customer support, or BPO operations.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating CRM tools.
- A proactive attitude with strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Minimum 0 to 1 year of relevant customer-facing experience.
