This role involves handling patient or provider interactions through voice and/or non-voice channels while strictly following US healthcare compliance and privacy standards.Work ScheduleMust be willing to work between 6:00 PM IST to 6:00 AM ISTNight shift aligned with US business hoursPayoutVoice Process: Rs 160 per hourKey Responsibilities- Prior Healthcare Claims experience is preferred!- Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions (calls)- Provide accurate information related to appointments, billing, insurance,



or general healthcare queries- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standards- Verify customer identity before sharing any information- Document interactions clearly and accurately in the system- Escalate issues as per defined processes when required- Maintain a qualified, empathetic, and customer-focused approachMandatory Requirements- Fluency in spoken and written English- Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance is a plus- Willingness to work night shifts (Anywhere between 6 PM – 6 AM IST)- Must have own Windows 11 laptop- High-speed and stable internet connection- Quiet and professional work-from-home setupPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in US Healthcare customer supportUnderstanding of US healthcare terminology (insurance, claims, copay, deductible, etc.)Dual monitor setup (preferred, not mandatory)Experience in healthcare voice or non-voice BPO processesImportant NotesThis is a remote work-from-home opportunityStrict adherence to data security and confidentiality policies is requiredPerformance and compliance are closely monitored
