Account ExecutiveExperience: 2–3 YearsLocation: PuneAbout the RoleHoot at Sight is looking for an experienced Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, project-related financial activities, billing, vendor coordination, and statutory compliance.Key Responsibilities- Handle day-to-day accounting, including sales/purchase entries, invoices, expenses, receipts, and payments.- Manage client billing, collections, vendor payments, and account reconciliations.- Maintain project-wise accounts, expenses, budgets, and payment tracking.- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal project teams for billing and payment-related matters.- Manage and assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.- Prepare MIS reports, cash-flow statements, and regular financial reports for management.- Handle receivables and payables and ensure timely follow-ups.- Support month-end closing, audits,



reconciliations, and financial reporting.- Maintain accurate documentation of invoices, purchase orders, bills, expenses, and payment records.- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of accounting-related issues.Requirements- 2–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably with an interior design, architecture, construction, or project-based firm.- Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, and TDS.- Valuable understanding of project accounting and vendor/client management.- Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.- Good communication and coordination abilities.- Ability to independently manage multiple accounting activities and meet deadlines.
