Remote | US Accounting | Full-Time | ⏰ 6 AM - 3 PM Pacific TimeOverviewWe’re hiring a detail-oriented Accountant (Full-Cycle / GL Accountant) with minimum 3 years of experience. Ready to take full ownership of our accounting function and replace our outsourced bookkeeping model. This role is critical to ensuring accurate, timely, and audit-ready financials.Looking for someone with strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.Compensation- Around 800 to 1000 USDKey Responsibilities- Own the complete month-end close process (close by the 5th business day)- Prepare and post accruals, prepaid, deferrals, and re-classes- Handle bank, credit card, AR, and AP reconciliations- Maintain accrual, prepaid, and deferred revenue schedules- Review and correct AR/AP entries from the AR/AP Clerk- Ensure proper COGS and revenue matching and flag timing issues- Prepare P&L;, Balance Sheet,



and Trial Balance- Keep QuickBooks Online audit-ready- Coordinate with external CPA for tax and audit support- Maintain month-end paperwork and supporting documentation✅ Must-Have- Comfortable working in the flexible US shift (6 AM - 3 PM Pacific Time).- Bachelor of Commerce (required), Master of Commerce (M. Com.) / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) preferred- 3+ years of work experience with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and full-cycle accounting (month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations)- Robust hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills- Month-end close ownership, accruals/prepaids/deferred revenue, balance-sheet reconciliations, financial-statement preparation, revenue & COGS matching.- Clear written and spoken English with the ability to explain financial entries and variances- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.Nice to Have- Prior work with US outsourced accounting firms- Exposure to Bill.com, Gusto, Avalara, or similar tools.Core Traits- Ownership & accountability- Strong follow-up discipline- Problem-solving mindset- Willingness to learn and improve✅ Why Join Us- Competitive salary- Flexible remote work environment- Professional development & training opportunities- Generous PTO & holidays
