Job descriptionWe’re Hiring: Sales Executive - candidates from Fitness Industry are preferred!Location: Fitclub - GurgaonFitClub is looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive who is passionate about fitness and has strong communication skills to drive memberships and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities- Handle walk-in inquiries, leads, and follow-ups for gym memberships- Perform cold calling to prospective clients and explain FitClub services and offers- Convert leads into active members and achieve monthly sales targets- Conduct gym tours and confidently pitch memberships and fitness programs- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions- Coordinate with trainers and front desk staff for smooth onboarding- Participate in promotional activities and local marketing initiativesRequirements- 6 months - 2 years of experience in sales (gym/fitness preferred)- Robust communication and negotiation skills- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation- Target-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude- Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management systems is a plus
