Job descriptionABOUT THE ROLEWe're hiring a Manager Data, Analytics & AI to lead and execute data, analytics, and AI initiatives for a leading name in the renewable energy sector. You'll be on the payroll of Credenca, working full-time from the client's Mumbai office, acting as the key bridge between the Credenca team and the client owning solution design, project delivery, and team leadership end to end.This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who combines robust technical depth (Microsoft/Azure ecosystem) with business acumen, stakeholder management, and hands-on team leadership.WORK DETAILSWork Location: Client office, Kurla, MumbaiWorking Days: 5 days a week + alternate SaturdaysSaturday Flexibility: Option to WFH on working Saturdays (6-hour day)Working Hours: 8 hours/day, general shiftTeam Size: Will lead a team of 810 membersCompensation: 22–27 LPA (all fixed, in-hand)Laptop: Candidates with their own laptop preferred; company-provided laptop available if neededKEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead Data, Analytics and AI projects from requirement gathering through delivery- Act as the primary bridge between the Credenca delivery team and client stakeholders- Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities and define solutions- Define solution architecture, approach, and implementation roadmap- Plan project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8–10 across Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI- Identify and drive opportunities in AI, Gen AI, Analytics, and Automation- Ensure quality, timelines, and successful delivery of all projects- Support identification and development of new Data,



Analytics & AI opportunities with the clientMUST-HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE- Strong experience with the Microsoft / Azure technology stack and Databricks- Strong background in Data Engineering- Hands-on experience in Analytics & Reporting- Experience with AI / Generative AI- Proven track record planning, designing, and executing Data, Analytics & AI projects- Ability to translate business requirements into data/analytics/AI solutions- Strong customer and stakeholder management skills- Experience leading teams and managing project delivery- Solid understanding of business processesPREFERRED TECHNOLOGY STACK- Azure Data Factory- Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2- Azure Synapse / Azure SQL- Microsoft Fabric / Azure Databricks- Microsoft Power BI- Azure AI Foundry / Azure Machine Learning- Microsoft Copilot- Power Automate / Power AppsCandidates don't need hands-on experience across every tool listed — but should have strong overall experience with the Microsoft Azure data & analytics ecosystem.NICE TO HAVE- Experience with Automation / RPA / Power Platform- Experience with enterprise clients — manufacturing, EPC, infrastructure, or similar industries- Experience developing/implementing AI or Gen AI use cases in enterprise environmentsIDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE- 12–15 years total IT experience, with 7–10+ years relevant to Data, Analytics & AI- Strong communication and presentation skills; confident engaging senior stakeholders- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset- Balances technical depth with business understanding- Self-starter who can independently drive initiatives and own outcomes- Proven people leadership and delivery management experience- Comfortable working 5 days/week from client office in Kurla, Mumbai, plus alternate Saturdays (WFH option available)- Available to join immediately or on short noticeEDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or related field- Minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and Graduation
