Process: US Taxationrole - Trainee/ Junior - US TaxShift - day shift - 9 AM to 6:30 PM / 5 days a weekwork Location - Shyamal cross road, AhmedabadDesired Skills:- We are seeking a trainable candidate with valuable accounting and taxation knowledge with proficient communication to start a career with US taxation role.Job Description:- Prepare and analyze U.S. individual income tax returns, including Forms 1040, 1040-NR, and 1040-SR, for CPA firm clients, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal and applicable state tax regulations.- Act as a preparer and quality-control extension of U.S.-based CPA firms, adhering to firm-specific review checklists, documentation standards, and engagement protocols.- Identify, document, and resolve discrepancies in tax returns and supporting workpapers in coordination with U.S. CPA firm reviewers and managers.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in U.S. individual tax return preparation, with a primary focus on Form 1040, 1040-NR,



and 1040-SR.- Proficiency in tax software (e.g., Pro-connect, ProSystem, Lacerte, UltraTax, Intuit software(s), CCH, Drake) and other relevant tools.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with U.S.-based CPA partners, managers, and reviewers.- Ability to manage strict deadlines, and perform under peak-season pressure.Qualification:- M.B.A in Accounting and Finance, Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.Language Proficiency (If Any):- Strong proficiency in written and verbal English communication.Required Certifications (If Any):- Enrolled Agent (added advantage)- C.P.A (added advantage)Computer Proficiency G specifications:- Sound knowledge of MS Office, mainly MS Exceland OutlookBehavioral Competencies (ASK Framework):- Flexible with shift timings- Ability to meeta constant stream of deadlines
