Channel Partnership ManagerCompany: Aarthik Solutions LLPEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience: Minimum 6 monthsCTC: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹4.2 LPA + Performance IncentivesIndustry: Financial ServicesAbout the RoleAarthik Solutions LLP is looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Channel Partnership Manager to strengthen and expand our financial partner network.The role involves identifying potential partners, presenting the Aarthik Partner opportunity, onboarding current partners, and supporting them in building a successful financial services business.Key Responsibilities- Identify and acquire new channel partners through networking, referrals, field activities, and business development.- Explain the Aarthik Partner model, career opportunities, and earning potential to prospective partners.- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective partners.- Achieve monthly and quarterly partner acquisition targets.- Manage the complete partner onboarding and activation process.- Coordinate NISM/IRDA certification requirements for eligible partners.- Provide regular training, guidance,
