Riello Power India manufactures a comprehensive range of UPS Systems, from 6 kVA to 6400 kVA for a wide range of applications.Designation: MIS Executive / Senior ExecutiveJob description -The MIS Executive will be responsible for supporting the sales / Service sales. The candidate has to prepare the MIS reports, tracking sales performance, Data management, preparing quotations for specific accounts, and ensuring productive communication between various departments.Key Responsibilities:- Data management: Collect, organize, and maintain company data, Ensure data accuracy, consistency, security and Update databases regularly- Report Generation: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Create dashboards and performance reports for management. Analyze data trends and present insights- Database Maintenance: Manage databases using tools like Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.



Perform data validation and backup procedures- Coordination Work with departments such as Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations to collect and verify data. Ensure timely submission of reports.- Prepare and issue quotations for specific accounts in coordination with the sales team.- Ensure timely submission of quotations to customers and follow up to track- Compile sales reports from sales teams across all zones and present a consolidated report to management.- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key sales metrics, such as sales dispatch, collections, and inventory levels.- Provide regular updates to management on sales activities and performance metrics.- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, logistics, inventory) to ensure smooth sales operations.- Support the sales team in administrative tasks, including order processing, dispatch coordination, and client follow-ups.Skills / attributes required:- Qualification – graduate- 3-5 years’ experience- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, charts, macros).- Knowledge of ERP/CRM softwareJob details:- Job Location -Manesar- Early joiner needed
