We’re Hiring | System Administrator / Infrastructure & Technical Support InternLocation: BengaluruInternship: 3 Months | Full-Time Opportunity Based on PerformanceStipend: ₹15,000/month⚡ Joining: Immediate Joiners PreferredAbout the RoleKasplo is looking for an enthusiastic Infrastructure & Technical Support Intern who is interested in building a career in System Administration, Networking, Email Infrastructure, and Technical Support.This is a hands-on internship where you’ll work with internal IT systems, infrastructure, email operations, and technical customer support. High-performing interns will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on their performance.What You'll Work OnSet up and troubleshoot employee laptops, software, and system issuesSupport office internet, Wi-Fi, and networkingManage IT assets, software access, and basic configurationsWork with DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP, and email infrastructureMonitor email delivery systems, logs, queues, errors, and bouncesAssist with server and MTA monitoring, configuration, and troubleshootingHandle technical support requests and troubleshoot SMTP, API, and email delivery issuesAnalyse infrastructure data and identify root causesMaintain system and infrastructure documentationCoordinate with internal teams and IT vendors when requiredWhat We're Looking ForGraduate or final-year student in Computer Science,
