Organised and detail-focused, you are comfortable working independently and collaborating with colleagues across countries and time zones. You enjoy resolving accounting issues, improving processes and using financial data to provide clear, useful insights. Experience within a SaaS, technology or international organisation would be advantageous.The role:Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will manage day-to-day accounting and month-end processes across Infonetica’s international operations. You will maintain accurate financial records, prepare reconciled trial balances and management accounts, and work with colleagues and external advisers on reporting, compliance and process improvements.Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in Xero, including posting supplier invoices, expense claims, credit card transactions and sales receipts- Manage accounts payable and receivable,



including customer invoicing across the software and training businesses, payment runs and debt collection- Calculate customer renewal pricing in line with contractual terms and agreed pricing policies- Complete month-end close and prepare reconciled trial balances with supporting schedules, including journals for deferred income, prepayments, accruals, depreciation and foreign exchange adjustments- Complete bank, petty cash, credit card and balance-sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies- Raise intercompany invoices and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and variance analysis, explaining significant movements and supporting budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow reporting- Administer payroll and calculate commissions, working with relevant colleagues and providers, posting journals and reconciling related balances- Prepare VAT/GST and other relevant indirect-tax workings for operations across the UK, Australia, the EU and Canada, supporting external advisers with returns and compliance- Prepare year-end schedules and audit documentation,



support the finalisation of financial statements and implement agreed audit recommendations- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data and provide analysis to support reporting and business decisions- Maintain and improve financial policies, procedures and controls, identifying opportunities to automate accounting processes and reportingDesired skills and experience:The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:- Minimum six years’ relevant accounting experience, including bookkeeping and independent responsibility for month-end close through to trial balance- B.Com, M.Com or a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline- Strong knowledge of double-entry accounting, general ledger maintenance and balance-sheet reconciliations- Experience preparing management accounts and supporting year-end reporting, budgeting and forecasting- Hands-on proficiency in Xero and strong Excel skills- Experience handling multi-currency transactions, ideally across international entities- Good understanding of accounting standards, financial controls and compliance requirements- Strong analytical and organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to resolve issues and meet deadlines independently- Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, international team- Experience within a SaaS or technology business would be advantageousLocation: Remote - South India (Hyderabad preferred)Contract Type: Full time, permanent role through an Employer of Record (EOR)Compensation: ₹13-15 Lakh fixed annual CTC, plus performance related bonusLeave: 15 days holiday, plus public holidays and other statutory leaveBenefits: Pension, optional healthcare
