What You Will Be Doing:

- Developing and maintaining comprehensive reports and dashboards to track IPG performance, payment metrics, and key performance indicators.
- Analyzing complex datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement within the IPG operations.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and providing actionable insights based on data analysis.
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
- Supporting the development of automated reporting solutions to streamline data management and reporting processes.

Your Profile:

- bachelors degree in finance, data analytics, business administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, financial reporting,



or a related role, preferably within the healthcare or clinical research sectors.
- Solid analytical skills, with proficiency in data visualization tools (eg, Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing data issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to diverse stakeholders.
